All the hotels which are available for your search criteria would list down and you can choose the hotel and proceed with the booking. The hotels can be sorted by “price, star rating, key rating, and name”. The final price displays for the whole stay not per person or per room.

Once you choose the preferred hotel click on Book Now button and enter your details & then click on the “Make a Payment” button to proceed with the payment. Upon completing the booking, you will receive the confirmation of the booking.

It is operated by Merry Holidays Ltd, registered in England & Wales that is managed by a multi-national team. Merry Parking is also a company which is part of Merry Holidays Ltd which is dealing with UK airport parking.

The price displayed on our web site is the final price including the all the Taxes and Service Charges (Unless Otherwise mentioned). However mandatory taxes such as City Taxes and Resort Fees is not included in our price as these have to be paid to the hotel directly by the customer.
Once we've received your credit card details and confirmed that a room is available, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you.

Your credit card will be charged by Merry Holidays Ltd, the company managing all credit card transactions.
The only method of making a booking on our site is via Credit card or Debit card. Cards we accept: Visa Electron, Visa Debit, Master Card, Maestro, JCB, and Dinners Club
Yes, you can. But please note that you may have to send or scan copy of the credit card and the contact details of your friend to verify the payment if it’s required.
If you wish to cancel a booking, then you need to send us an email, using the same email address which was entered at the time of booking and request us to cancel the booking. Upon receiving the email, we will cancel the booking as per the cancellation policy.
Please mention the changes and send us an email, using the same email address which was entered at the time of booking. We will check the possibility of these changes and contact you.
Once you request to cancel the booking or you do not show up at the hotel (No-Show) we will check whether you are entitle for a refund depending on the cancellation & No-Show policies of your booking. We will refund the money which is entitle immediately from our end to the same credit/debit card you have used at the time of your booking. However please note that the bank may take 3 to 5 working days to process the payment.
You need to search availability for 5 rooms first and book these rooms. Thereafter you have to search again for another 5 rooms and proceed with the booking.
The cancellation policy for your booking is displayed in the page where you need to enter your details. The policy will display to you before you confirm the booking.
The rates which are displayed on our site are provided by many accommodation suppliers. Therefore there is a possibility that the different suppliers have different rates for the same property.
Since our accommodation providers have prepaid accommodation with the hotels, the rooms are booked and reserved under their name. The names of the guest will be released to the hotel after 72 hours of confirming the booking. Still your names are not with the hotel, please inform us so we will check on this on your behalf.
You will receive two emails from us. One email confirming the receipt of the payment and the other, confirming the booking (Booking confirmation). You will receive these two emails immediately to the email address entered at the time of booking.
We are sorry that we do not accept bank transfers, cheques or any other payment mode other than credit/debit card.
Your card will be charged at the time of booking as its prepaid accommodation.
Its prepaid accommodation, therefore the hotel will not charge you for the accommodation (Room and the meal plan you choose). However in some destinations there are City taxes which you have to pay to the hotel directly.

The contact details of the hotel/resort will be mentioned in the booking confirmation.
This will depend on the property you book as different accommodation providers have different age limits. 12 years and below are considered as children at most of the properties. However there are some properties they do not allow children. Most hotels allow children to stay in the room with parents either with or without an extra bed. Depending on the property they may or may not charge for extra bed if you request.
